A different kind of consultancy.
AAYRA was founded on a simple frustration: too many families in Nepal had been sold a dream and handed a stack of paperwork. Counselling sessions felt like sales pitches. Universities were recommended based on commission, not fit. Visa files were lodged in volume, not in care.
We wanted something different. So we built it.
"We don't measure success by enrolments. We measure it by the second sibling — the younger sister or cousin who comes back two years later because the first journey actually went well."
Today, AAYRA operates from seven offices across three countries — Christchurch and Auckland in New Zealand, a liaison desk in Australia, and four offices across Nepal. We specialise deliberately. New Zealand and Australia, no other destination, because depth beats breadth when a family's future is at stake.
Our advisors are paid on outcomes, not enrolments. Our visa success rate is published, not hidden. And our process is transparent enough that families can hold us to it — and they do.
